500g Chicken Breast (cooked and shredded)
1 cup Plain Greek Yogurt
1/2 cup Chicken Bone Broth
1 cup Frozen Peas and Carrots
2 stalks Celery (diced)
1 small Onion (diced)
1 tsp Fresh Thyme (minced)
1/2 tsp Garlic Powder
Salt and Black Pepper to taste
Sauté onion, celery, and carrots in a pan over medium heat until tender.
Reduce heat to low. Whisk the Greek yogurt and bone broth together, then stir into the vegetables.
