A vibrant, high protein fusion of Mediterranean flavors and classic taco style designed for longevity and peak metabolic health.

Ingredients

  • 500g Chicken Breast (sliced into strips)

  • 1/4 cup Extra Virgin Olive Oil

  • 2 tbsp Fresh Lemon Juice

  • 3 cloves Garlic (minced)

  • 1 tsp Dried Oregano

  • 1/2 cup Plain Greek Yogurt

  • 1 tbsp Lime Juice

  • 1/2 tsp Cumin

  • 6 Small Almond Flour or Corn Tortillas

  • Diced Cucumber, Red Onion, and Fresh Cilantro for topping

Instructions

  • Whisk olive oil, lemon juice, garlic, and oregano. Marinate the chicken for 30 minutes.

  • Grill chicken over medium-high heat until fully cooked and charred. Let rest.

  • Mix Greek yogurt, lime juice, and cumin to make the crema.

  • Warm the tortillas on the grill for 30 seconds.

  • Fill tortillas with chicken, top with fresh vegetables, and drizzle with crema.
