A zesty, sweet, and savory one-pan meal designed to support metabolic health and provide a massive high protein boost.

Ingredients

  • 2 Medium Sweet Potatoes

  • 300g Lean Ground Beef

  • 1 tbsp Raw Honey

  • 1 tsp Red Chili Flakes

  • 1 tsp Fresh Ginger (grated)

  • 2 cloves Garlic (minced)

  • 1 tbsp Apple Cider Vinegar

  • Green Onions for garnish

Instructions

  • Roast sweet potatoes at 200°C for 40-45 minutes until soft.

  • While potatoes roast, brown the beef in a skillet. Drain excess fat.

  • Stir in garlic and ginger; cook for 2 minutes.

  • Mix honey, chili flakes, and vinegar; pour over the beef and stir to glaze.

  • Slice potatoes open, fluff the inside, and pile the beef mixture on top.

Notes

Serve with a side of steamed broccoli or a fresh green salad for an even more healthy meal.
